Palms Rental Program

At Palms Environmental, we are dedicated to customer satisfaction. That's why we've put together an accommodating rental program designed to fit your needs. 

Our rental rates are based on a "ONE RATE DAILY" pricing model offering the short to medium term renter the lowest rates in the industry. And our long term renters can take advantage of a discount plan that guarantees we'll "meet or beat" any other rental rate. 

No more 1 to 3 day, weekly or monthly billing schemes. Simply "ONE RATE" that easily fits into your budget.

Additionally, we will make every effort to fit your scheduling needs. If your company or job site is located within our delivery area, we will deliver free of charge. If we must ship and time allows, we will use UPS Ground to keep your cost down. We will only use overnight delivery when requested. Once we have received back the rental equipment, the rental fee will be through the prior day. 

Palms Environmental will not bill for weekends or major holidays. If you pick up a rental before 3:00PM, your rent will begin on that day. If you pick up after 3:00PM, your rent will begin on the next business day. 

We like to refer to our pricing policy as the "relaxed fit"". Simplified pricing, reasonable rates, prompt delivery and guaranteed customer satisfaction.
